Local engagement and employment are central to our ethos, and Elezi Construction is dedicated to the highest standards for ethical labour practices. The responsible procurement of materials, products, and services through local supply chains also enables us to make a positive economic impact.

Each year, we partner with a number of charities, and support others that are changing people’s lives in the areas surrounding our facilities and projects. As well as raising funds, we run an employee volunteering programme, sharing expertise and supporting local events.

With the aim of leaving a lasting legacy, Elezi Construction also provides education, training, and development opportunities in the community – for example, hosting STEM activities for nearby schools and offering early career opportunities in construction-based roles.
